  • We are seeking a "CRM Trainer" who shares their knowledge and loves to teach. We are currently working from home during Covid-19 Pandemic.
  • Create VeriPark product & company training material
  • Co-create, organize and execute role-based training programs
  • Deliver classroom (international) and web training
  • Define certification programs
  • Provide the material for the eLearning content builders
  • Setup and manage exercise environments
  • Collaborate with product and project teams
What are the required qualifications?
  • Profound knowledge of Dynamics D365 CRM (application & customization level) is a must
  • Excellent skills in building training material
  • Proven experience in delivering training
  • Excellent English is required, both spoken and written
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, …)
  • Experience in Banking (retail, corporate, private) industry is a plus
  • International training experience
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and architectures (Microsoft)
  • Experience in D365 CRM implementation projects
  • Creating exams and/or certification programs
