What are the required qualifications?
  • Skills / Requirements
  • Implemented multiple Corporate Loan Origination Solutions in the last 10+ years,
  • Should be a Corporate Lending Domain Expert,
  • Thorough knowledge of Loan Origination, Loan Service /Management, Collections, etc,
  • Good understanding of Corporate Banking Operations and Functions especially,
  • Corporate Lending,
  • Corporate Onboarding and Account Opening,
  • Experience in end to end implementation of Large Lending applications,
  • Islamic Banking knowledge is a plus,
  • Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Operations, and Functionalities,
  • Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD,
  • Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions,
  • Identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions,
  • Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications,
  • Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading UAT,
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle and different methodologies like waterfall or agile,
  • Not to mention the excellent presentation and communication skills, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitude
