  • We are seeking a Customer Experience Director who will take part in managing the team and design processes in a fast growing and challenging organization
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver unique prototypes and relevant experiences that users can intuitively engage
  • Build and manage a team of top-tier UX, UI, and visual designers
  • Communicate the prototype’s vision to other stakeholders, leadership, and potential users
  • Work hands-on whenever needed
  • Designing thoughtful user experiences that are functional and usable
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Thinking through a workflow and making major, sometimes daring design decisions to reinvent it
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
  • Creating information architecture (site-mapping & user flows)
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Deliver innovative, next-generation visual design solutions
  • Leading a multi-national team of graphics designers for building software user interfaces
  • Designing mobile banking applications
  • Developing customer journeys that involve multiple delivery channels such as mobile banking, online banking and web site
  • Designing online banking applications
What are the required qualifications?
  • BA Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Design / A related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Min. 6 years of relevant experience in UX, UI, and visual design
  • Finance & banking knowhow is a plus
  • Designing thoughtful user experiences that are functional and usable
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
